Fast CO Modernization for New Service Development

Huawei’s new equipment center office (CO) modernization solution facilitates the rapid transformation of traditional aggregation and access COs. This solution optimizes space utilization, reduces energy consumption, and minimizes operational expenditure (OPEX). Furthermore, it supports target network evolution and expedites the development of new services, thereby enhancing return on investment (ROI).

The solution employs 3D digital modeling for centralized site surveys, streamlining the process and reducing workload. Integrated service planning for 2C, 2B, and 2H segments shortens project planning timelines to mere weeks. Automated configuration conversion for over 160 equipment types from various vendors ensures seamless service migration without live network interruptions.

Intelligent Operations Solution for MBB Cross-domain Service Keepalive

Recognizing that transmission links account for over 70% of major mobile network faults, Huawei introduces an intelligent operations solution for MBB cross-domain service keepalive. Leveraging AUTIN and SmartCare, Huawei establishes a cross-domain multi-layer digital twin network (DTN) encompassing wireless sites, IP, and OTN. A dynamic association model between networks and services enables real-time fault detection.

Upon detecting a link fault, the AI Agent promptly analyzes the root cause and generates service keepalive proposals. This process, completed within minutes, significantly reduces service impact and traffic loss, thereby improving network resilience.

Mobile Network NPS Improvement for Higher User Satisfaction

Huawei remains committed to enhancing network performance and user experience. The company’s mobile network NPS (N-NPS) improvement solution utilizes converged data analysis and a user satisfaction perception model to identify potential detractors and passives.

The N-NPS Copilot identifies areas that needs improvement, and the N-NPS AI Agent further analyzes network issues contributing to detractor status. Precise optimization is then implemented to resolve these issues, resulting in a reduced proportion of detractors and an overall improved N-NPS.

Differentiated Service Experience Monetization and Assurance

Huawei’s CBS tariff analysis AI Agent enhances tariff design efficiency by periodically analyzing market performance and generating optimization suggestions. This leads to an increased adoption rate of new tariffs, rising from 50% to over 70%.

The SmartCare AI Agent, tailored for scenario-specific experience assurance, dynamically optimizes networks based on data analysis and network capabilities. This ensures differentiated user experiences and maximizes value realization.

Enhanced Mobile Money to Build a New Digital Life Entry

Huawei’s enhanced Mobile Money solution expands beyond digital wallet services to include mobile micro-finance products across 15+ scenarios. An intelligent credit assessment algorithm improves the credit granting rate from 40% to 45%, fostering the growth of micro-finance services.

Based on an open platform, Huawei collaborates with over 250 partners to develop digital services, positioning Mobile Money as a gateway to mobile digital life.

Collaboration and Innovation

Bruce Xun extends an invitation to customers to explore Huawei’s Digital Transformation Practice Center (DTPC), where they can engage with Huawei’s expert team to co-create value based on global best practices and experience from over 200 transformation projects.

Huawei showcases these innovations at stand 1H50 in Fira Gran Via Hall 1 during MWC Barcelona 2025, held from March 3 to March 6. As 5G-Advanced commercial deployment accelerates and AI reshapes the ICT landscape, Huawei collaborates with global partners to drive the transition towards an intelligent world.
