One thing that might be relatively new is that you can now drop your ASUS/ROG laptops off at Parcelhub to get them sent to an ASUS service center for you, and collect it from the same Parcelhub outlet, saving you the hassle of travelling to an ASUS service center yourself.

All consumer ASUS and ROG laptops are covered by a two-year global warranty with 1st year Perfect Warranty, the latter which covers 80% of the parts cost damaged by accidental damages. Meanwhile, commercial ASUS ExpertBook series are covered by an extensive 3-year international warranty with local on-site service, 3-year battery warranty and 1st year Perfect Warranty. And then with ASUS Premium Care, there’s the option to add on more coverage, from as low as RM99.
