The ROG Azoth Extreme breaks away from the conventional by utilizing a carbon-fiber positioning plate instead of standard materials like steel or plastic. This unique choice offers several advantages. Carbon fiber’s rigidity mirrors that of metal, providing a crisp and satisfying typing feel. Furthermore, its inherent elasticity excels at absorbing vibrations, minimizing keystroke noise for a quieter typing experience.
The Azoth Extreme incorporates a three-layer dampening system to further minimize noise. Two layers of PORON® and a silicone pad work together to absorb vibrations and reduce switch pinging, ensuring a pleasant acoustic profile.
