These devices utilize environmentally friendly materials, including recycled plastic and metal, along with FSC™ Mix-certified packaging. ASUS offsets residual emissions through nature-based carbon credits and verifies their efforts with SGS, a trusted leader in verification and testing.

ExpertBook B9 OLED and D9 Series

ASUS launches its carbon offset service at Computex 2023, allowing commercial customers to offset carbon emissions linked to their ASUS products. The service ensures reliable quality, accountability, assurance, transparency, flexibility, and competitive pricing, offering an end-to-end delivery experience. Initially, the service targets commercial notebooks and desktops, including the ExpertBook B9 OLED (B9403) and D9 Series (D900MDR and D900SDR).

ASUS demonstrates its dedication to sustainability by highlighting two carbon-neutral laptops and a diverse selection of eco-friendly products. The ASUS BE279QSK, showcased among other models, not only meets ENERGY STAR standards but also earns recognition as the ‘Most Efficient’ display in 2022 and 2023. Verified by TCO and EPEAT, it is constructed using 85% post-consumer recycled plastic.

ASUS Mini PC PB62

ASUS Mini PC PB62 showcases energy-saving and eco-friendly designs, certified by ENERGY STAR and verified with EPEAT Gold. In addition to tech products, ASUS presents the ProArt Backpack, crafted from recycled polyester fabric (rPET). This sustainable material reduces resource consumption and CO2 emissions during production, delivering an impressive 80% energy savings compared to a standard bag.

Among the showcased laptops were the slim and carbon-neutral Zenbook S 13 OLED and the lightweight ExpertBook B9 OLED. Additionally, ROG presented gaming innovations, including gaming laptops, monitors, routers, and the revolutionary ROG Ally gaming handheld. The booths were open from May 30 to June 2 at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Hall.
