Huawei Unveils Industry’s First AI-Native Framework
TLDR:
- Huawei releases industry’s first AI-Native framework for intelligent operations at MWC 2026
- Framework consists of three core elements: Outcome Oriented, DTN & Domain Model Driven, Agentic Operations
- Solution developed through year-long collaboration with industry organizations and global operators
- New generation of intelligent operations solutions announced for enterprise customers
Huawei has officially released the industry’s first AI-Native framework for intelligent operations during MWC 2026 in Barcelona. This groundbreaking framework represents a systematic approach to embedding artificial intelligence into enterprise operations, marking a significant advancement in how organizations leverage AI technology.

The Evolution Toward AI-Native Operations
The rapid advancement of emerging technologies including Large Language Models, World Models, and Digital Twins is reshaping solutions and value propositions in the operations domain. Recognizing this shift, Huawei undertook a year-long collaboration with industry organizations and several leading global operators to develop the first comprehensive AI-Native framework definition.
Huawei defines AI-Native as a value-driven systematic framework consisting of three core elements that work together to transform enterprise operations.
Three Core Framework Elements
Outcome Oriented
The first element focuses on addressing challenges that remain unsolvable through traditional methods. It tackles new problems in emerging scenarios to create incremental value that conventional approaches cannot achieve. This outcome-focused approach ensures AI implementations deliver measurable business value rather than theoretical benefits.
DTN & Domain Model Driven
The second element involves building digital twins and domain models specifically designed for the telecom industry. These models drive solutions toward achieving closed-loop value outcomes, enabling organizations to simulate, predict, and optimize operations with unprecedented accuracy.
Agentic Operations
The third element transforms existing operational workflows through organizational restructuring, talent composition optimization, and business model evolution. This enables efficient synergy between human experts and digital employees, unleashing what Huawei describes as “New Quality Productive Forces” driven by artificial intelligence.
Looking Forward
Based on the AI-Native framework, Huawei plans to release a new generation of intelligent operations solutions. These solutions aim to establish new paradigms, release new value, and achieve comprehensive leaps in all forms of intelligence across enterprise operations.
On March 2, 2026, Huawei invited industry organizations and media partners to Barcelona for the unveiling of its new generation of solutions at MWC 2026.
